Tim Andrews is a seasoned professional in the manufacturing sector with extensive experience in consultancy and operations. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at the Manufacturing Technology Centre since May 2017, Tim plays a key role in fostering collaboration among academics, engineers, and industry professionals to advance industrial technologies. Prior to this, Tim held significant positions including Head of Operations and Head of Technical at Hive from April 2008 to April 2017, and worked as a self-employed Consultant from January 2006 to April 2008. Tim also served as Business Development/Owner at Spear Business Group/Ricarem Ltd and as Managing Director at INOVEX Digital Training Ltd. Tim holds a BSc Hons in Mechanical Engineering from Coventry University, attained between 1979 and 1983.
