Kate Gniewosz is an experienced Senior Programme Manager at the Manufacturing Technology Centre since September 2015, overseeing the Construction Innovation Hub programme and managing technology projects within the Automation, Mechatronics & Electronics Manufacture and Transformation Team portfolios. With a strong history in project management, Kate successfully delivered numerous collaborative research projects and led initiatives such as the ROBOTT-NET programme. Previous roles include Senior Project Engineer at Tata Motors, focusing on Li-Ion battery technology development, and positions in supply chain analysis at Tata and process improvement at Caterpillar. Kate holds an MBA from Aston University and multiple engineering degrees from the University of Nottingham and Gdańsk University of Technology.
