Janesh Balchandani currently serves as a Lead Developer Relations Engineer at both MANTRA and REEF, while also holding the position of Founder at Deon Labs. In addition, Janesh is a member of Superteam UAE and an advisor and mentor for the Stanford AI & Web3 Research Lab Association and Cipher LNMIIT. Past contributions include participation in the Solana Foundation as a Collective Ecosystem member and as a Developer Contributor at Shardeum, alongside experience as a Developer Advocate at Chainlink Labs and Developer Relations & Ecosystem Developer at Gitopia. Janesh is pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Computer and Communication Engineering at Manipal University Jaipur and has previously studied at Technische Universität Braunschweig, St Edmund's School, and St. Anselm's Pink City Sr. Sec. School.
