Rafael Slobodian is a seasoned software engineer and entrepreneur with extensive experience in mobile and full-stack development. As a co-founder and engineer at Mantle since April 2022, Rafael focuses on simplifying equity management for founders and entrepreneurs. Prior roles include senior positions at Autonomic, where contributions supported the connected mobility revolution, and staff software engineering at Okta, Inc., where Rafael specialized in mobile development and contributed to vital authentication flows. Previous experience encompasses agile development for multiple mobile platforms at Pivotal Labs and Xtreme Labs, with an early career as an IT administrator at The Harriet Tubman Institute and a system analyst at Wipro Technologies. Rafael holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Universidade Federal Fluminense and has completed an exchange program at York University.
