Xavier Nguyen is an experienced Project Manager at MANSCAPED since November 2021, where leadership of a remote Scrum team of 8 in Vietnam and collaboration with another team in the US have led to significant improvements in project delivery and workflow efficiency. Prior experience includes serving as a Technical Lead at Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam, where Xavier designed and implemented a Component Test Framework and automated PLM system deployment to AWS Cloud, receiving customer appreciation for drastically reducing deployment time. Earlier roles include Senior Software Engineer at Somotsoft, focusing on configuration validation, and Software Design Engineer at Renesas Electronics Corporation, where migration and integration of communication drivers were key responsibilities. Xavier holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from VNUHCM - University of Science, obtained in 2011.
