Jackie Shu is an experienced Talent Acquisition and Operations Manager at MANSCAPED since February 2021, where expertise in talent acquisition operations is utilized to enhance efficiencies and develop programs while recruiting top talent. Prior roles include Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at MANSCAPED, where Jackie contributed to establishing the talent acquisition function and creating training programs, and positions at Improbable, Ntrepid LLC, Cyberdata Technologies, NikSoft Systems Corporation, and Pathway Homes, demonstrating a strong background in full-lifecycle recruiting for technical and managerial roles, as well as experience in mental health counseling. Jackie holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from George Mason University.
