Erica Harper, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Client Principal at ManpowerGroup since January 2022. Prior to this role, Erica held the position of Director of Operations at Staff Management from May 2012 to December 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing multiple teams and ensuring successful service delivery across various client locations. Earlier experience includes serving as Marketing Director/Account Manager at Schardein Mechanical and Area Operations Manager at EmployBridge, along with a role as Sales/Human Resources Assistant at Moore. Erica holds a BA in Human Resources Management from American InterContinental University, completed between 2004 and 2006.
