Dominika Winograd is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruitment and operational excellence within ManpowerGroup. Currently serving as the Operational Excellence Director and Head of the Center of Recruitment Excellence since July 2019, Dominika manages cross-functional teams, develops talent strategies, and ensures full budget accountability. Previously, Dominika held various leadership roles within ManpowerGroup Solutions from November 2012 to June 2019, focusing on technology solutions and innovative recruitment practices across the EMEA region. Dominika's educational background includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Lean Six Sigma from Gdańsk University of Technology, a Bachelor of Arts in Hebrew Language and Literature, and a Master of Arts in Law from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
