Anindya Paul is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business transformation and strategy across various industries. Currently serving as the Business Transformation Lead at ManpowerGroup since February 2021, Anindya drives sales transformation initiatives in the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions. Prior roles include Chief Manager of Business Analysis & Strategy at Sterlite Technologies Limited, where growth strategies were implemented in the MEA, EU, and North Americas, and Manager at the CEO's Office of RAK Ceramics, focusing on market penetration and new market entry strategies in India. Anindya's career also includes significant contributions to Tega Industries Ltd as Senior Manager for strategy support, and managerial roles at Larsen & Toubro in corporate strategy and project management. Anindya began the career as an Engineer at M.N. Dastur & Co, specializing in steel plant engineering.
