Ravi Kumar is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in operations and staffing. Currently serving as a Manager at ManpowerGroup India since May 2022, Ravi has previously held the role of Operations Manager at CIEL HR and HR Operations at GI Staffing Services. Ravi began the career at Manpower Group Services India Pvt Ltd as an Associate Consultant-Staffing, where responsibilities included managing end-to-end HR operations for approximately 450 employees across notable clients such as HTC and IBM. Earlier positions also include Onsite Consultant for Casio India and Senior Executive for Goodwill Coordinators. Academically, Ravi holds an MBA from Sikkim Manipal University and a B.Com (Hons) from Vinobabhave University, supplemented by earlier education in science and commerce from the Indian School of Learning.
