Axel W. currently serves as the Head of Group Strategic Client Management at ManpowerGroup Deutschland, focusing on acquiring new accounts and expanding services for key national and global enterprise clients. Previously, Axel W. held the position of Head of Group Solutions and Deal Management, where responsibilities included developing customized staffing solutions across complex client needs in a pan-European context. With extensive experience spanning from 2006 to 2021 in executive search and recruitment roles at various British, US, and Dutch companies, Axel W. successfully led diverse teams in competitive markets across Germany and Eastern Europe. Additional experience includes serving as Regional Director of Sales and Marketing at International SOS and contributing as an author for the ASEAN Secretariat, where Axel W. wrote studies on European Union best practices and the ASEAN Economic Community.
