Ewelina Bylak has extensive experience in human resources and project management, currently serving as Onsite Solution Manager at Manpower Polska since June 2016. In this role, Ewelina designs and develops client collaborations based on Lean Management principles, manages a team of consultants, oversees client service processes, and drives budget responsibility and business development. Ewelina has also held positions as a Senior Consultant and Business Consultant at Manpower, managing high-volume recruitment projects and advising clients on employment solutions. Prior experience includes coordinating temporary workers at Adecco for large-scale projects. Ewelina holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw and has furthered education at Kozminski University.
