Ann-Kristin Ruud currently serves as Distriktsleder for Troms og Finnmark at Manpower Norge, a position held since August 2022. Prior to this role, Ann-Kristin accumulated nearly two decades of experience at Norwegian, where responsibilities included Head of Customer Care, Head of Customer Care for Tromsø, Team Leader, and Booking Consultant. Ann-Kristin's educational background includes an Årsstudium in HR and Leadership from Kristiania University College (2020-2022), alongside studies in English at UiT - The Arctic University of Norway, where Ann-Kristin earned both a Mellomfag in 1996 and a Grunnfag in 1995. Additionally, Ann-Kristin attended Næringsakademiet from 2001 to 2002.
