Afshan Razak is currently working as a Rekrutterer at Manpower Norge, responsible for tasks such as kartlegging, kandidatutvelgelse, and referanseinnhenting. Prior to this role, Afshan worked as a Konsulent at Oslo Kommune Utdanningsetaten and Oslo Voksenopplæring Skullerud. Afshan holds a Master's degree in International Human Resources and Management from Kingston University, as well as a degree in Økonomi og administrasjon from BI Norwegian Business School.
