Martin Jernigan PhD is a seasoned marketing executive with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Marketing at MannKind Corporation since September 2023, Martin previously held pivotal roles including President of Journey Consulting LLC, where responsibilities focused on product launch excellence and go-to-market strategies. With a background that includes Vice President positions at Intercept Pharmaceuticals, Akebia Therapeutics, and Novo Nordisk, Martin has demonstrated expertise in leading marketing strategies, managing product launches, and integrating cross-functional teams. An alumnus of the University of Mississippi and Auburn University, Martin holds a PhD in Pharmaceutical Marketing and has a strong foundation in pharmacy.
