Kim Miller, SPHR SHRM-SCP, is an experienced Human Resource professional with a comprehensive background spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Human Resource Manager at Mannington Mills, Inc. since January 2020, Kim oversees HR functions and site safety at the plant following the acquisition of Pharr Yarns. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager for Pharr Yarns, where responsibilities encompassed employee relations and training for over 500 employees across multiple sites. Kim's earlier experience includes positions at Seiren North America, Cataler North America, PCA International, NC Blumenthal Performing Arts Center, and Duke Power, where expertise in HR compliance, training, benefits administration, and strategic planning was developed. Kim earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from UNC Charlotte Belk College of Business.
