Brad Bice has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Brad began their career in 1995 with the US Army, where they served as a Field Artillery Surveyor and later held the positions of Survey Crew Chief and Chief of Survey. In 2000, they joined Atwell- Hicks, Inc. as a Survey Crew Chief before moving on to The Mannik & Smith Group, Inc. in 2002. At The Mannik & Smith Group, Brad worked as a Land Surveyor until 2008, when they transitioned to the role of Construction Services Group Manager. Throughout their tenure at the company, they also served as an Associate and was promoted to the position of Senior Associate in 2022. Currently, Brad holds the role of Vice President of Construction Services at The Mannik & Smith Group, Inc. starting in February 2023.
Brad Bice began their education in 1995 when they attended the U.S. Army Field Artillery Survey School. During their time there, they focused on the field of study in surveying. After completing this program, Brad pursued their academic endeavors by attending Monroe County Community College from 2007 to 2009. During their time there, they studied Construction Management; however, they did not complete a degree at this institution. Subsequently, Brad transferred to Eastern Michigan University, where they attained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Construction Management. Brad completed their studies at this university in 2010.
