Eric Gantz

Eric Gantz has been working in the culinary industry for over two decades. eric is currently the Director of Operations at MANNA, where eric oversees daily operations. Prior to this role, eric worked as an Executive Chef at Taphouse 23, Sullivan's Steakhouse, and M Catering. Eric earned their AOS in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America in 1992.
