Sini Ranta has a diverse work experience. Sini is currently working as a Project Coordinator at Manna & Co since January 2022. Before that, they worked at Eurokangas as a Sales Associate from August 2016 to January 2022. Prior to Eurokangas, they worked at Vallila Interior as a Sales Associate from September 2015 to July 2016. Sini also gained experience as a Sales Associate at Anttila Oy from August 2013 to August 2015. Additionally, they worked as a Set Dresser at tanssiteatteri Raatikko from February 2014 to May 2014. Lastly, Sini had an internship as a Student Intern at Hanna Sarén from December 2013 to February 2014.

Sini Ranta attended Humak University of Applied Sciences from 2020 to 2021, where they studied Kulttuurituotannon väyläopinnot (Culture Production Studies). Prior to that, from 2012 to 2014, they attended Stadin ammattiopisto and completed a Trade school degree in Tekstiili- ja vaatetusalan perustutkinto - vaatetusompelu (Textile and Clothing Industry). Before that, from 2009 to 2012, Sini attended Helsingin palvelualojen oppilaitos and also completed a Trade school degree in Tekstiili- ja vaatetusalan perustutkinto - sisustusompelu (Textile and Clothing Industry - Interior Sewing).
