Marc Rockford is the current Secretary at Mann Center for the Performing Arts. Prior to this, they worked as Deputy General Counsel and Chief Counsel for Corporate and Regulatory at The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. from January 1997 to December 2002. In this role, they were one of two Deputy General Counsels in a 60-plus attorney department and they led the corporate and regulatory practice group which was responsible for mergers and acquisitions, corporate secretary functions, bank regulatory issues, securities matters and private equity activities. From January 1995 to December 1997, Marc worked as Special Counsel at Stone Capital, Inc. And from January 1990 to December 1995, they were an Associate at Arnold & Porter. Marc began their career as an Associate at Fried Frank from January 1987 to December 1990.
Marc Rockford attended Cornell University where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations. Marc then attended Boston University School of Law and earned their J.D. Magna Cum Laude in Law.
