Troy Adams, P.E. is a General Manager with extensive experience in the utilities industry, having worked at companies such as Manitowoc Public Utilities and Elk River Municipal Utilities. Prior to their managerial roles, Troy served as an Electrical Engineer at Lindell Engineering, Inc. Troy holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and attended Milwaukee School of Engineering.
