Claudia Barthelmeus has over two decades of work experience, primarily in finance roles within the medical and security industries. Claudia most recently served as the Vice President of Finance Mobile Europe at The Manitowoc Company starting in September 2021. Prior to that, they took a sabbatical from April 2020 to March 2021. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as the CFO Fire & Security Germany at Chubb Fire & Security Group. Before that, they held various positions at Johnson & Johnson Medical GmbH, including Finance Manager Germany, Country Controller Ethicon, Manager Franchise Controlling, and Manager Cross Franchise Contracting MD&D. Claudia also worked as a Pricing Analyst as part of the International Development Program at Johnson & Johnson. Claudia began their career at Johnson & Johnson Medical GmbH as an Analyst Operations Controlling and Research & Development and later served as a Trainee Finance.

Claudia Barthelmeus attended Universität Osnabrück, where they obtained a Diploma in Business Administration (equivalent to a Master's degree) in 1994.
