Amy Samphir serves as the Learning & Development Lead at Manitoba Hydro since February 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Manager of Organizational Development at WCB Manitoba and the City of Winnipeg, as well as Organizational Development Consultant at Manitoba Public Insurance. Additional experience encompasses managerial positions in compensation and human resources at The North West Company and Investors Group Financial Services Inc., respectively, with an earlier role as Human Resources Manager at Tippet-Richardson Limited. Academic credentials include an MBA from the University of Manitoba and an HR Certificate in Human Resources Management from Seneca Polytechnic, complemented by an Advanced Program in Management, Leadership & Strategy from the Asper School of Business.
