William Connolly has a strong background in sales and management, with experience at companies such as Manion's Wholesale Building Supplies, Duluth Trading Company, and The Home Depot. In addition, William devoted over 14 years of service to the Wisconsin Army National Guard, including serving on tours of duty in Iraq and Afghanistan, leading to their retirement in November 2021. As an Executive Sales Representative at The Home Depot, William was responsible for over $2 million dollars in gross sales and played a key role in the implementation of the company's first organic Field Sales Representative program.
