Phillip Michals is currently a member of the board at Manhattan Bridge Capital. Prior to this, they were with Aegis from March 2010 to March 2018, where they held the title of Business/Development. Their responsibilities there included asset management and brokerage services. Before Aegis, Phillip was with RGM.

Phillip Michals received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Delaware.
