Cinthya Escalante has a Master of Science in Information Systems from Kennesaw State University and a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica. Cinthya has held various positions at Manhattan Associates such as Director of Customer Support, Senior Manager of Client Services, and Principal Software Consultant. Prior to that, Cinthya was a Lead Software Developer at BSC.
