Niamh Finn has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Niamh currently works at Mangopay as a Lead Product Marketing Manager. Prior to this, they worked at Zai as the Head of Product Marketing, where they were responsible for the API-driven B2B payments platform and CurrencyFair's B2C and B2B FX and cross-border platform.

Niamh also served as the Head of Marketing at Linked Finance, the Acting Head of Marketing/Senior Marketing Manager at Global Payments Inc., and the Senior Marketing Project Manager at Dubai World Trade Centre. In addition, they worked as the Operations Manager at Ascential Plc, the Head of Marketing & Operations at Accucore Group, the Conference Marketing & Events Manager at EEF, and the Event Organiser at Informa Telecoms & Media.

Earlier in their career, Niamh was a Senior Marketing & Event Co-ordinator at XPO Exhibitions Ltd, where they contributed to the successful launch of a new B2B trade show and increased revenue through the introduction of lead sourcing technology for exhibitors.

Throughout their career, Niamh has achieved notable accomplishments such as releasing new payout currencies, delivering repricing strategies, launching real-time payment methods, and migrating businesses to new card acquiring and gateway partners. Niamh has also shown expertise in managing global GTM strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, translating technical products into client-facing narratives, and developing localized product value propositions. Niamh has demonstrated strong leadership skills and experience managing teams, budgets, and external agency and analyst relationships.

Niamh Finn completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a focus on Marketing from University College Dublin between 2004 and 2007. In 2009, they obtained a Diploma in Event Management from the Fitzwilliam Institute. Niamh also obtained PRINCE2® Foundation and PRINCE2® Practitioner certifications in Project Management from SPOCE Project Management Ltd in 2015. In 2016, Niamh completed Continuing Professional Development Training for Managers from the Centre for Strategy and Communication Ltd.
