Nikki Mai is an experienced professional with a background in customer service and data analysis. Currently serving as a Hostess at Mandarin Restaurants Corporation since October 2014, Nikki is responsible for greeting guests, guiding them to their seats, managing wait times, and ensuring exceptional service. Additionally, Nikki contributed to the Ontario Automobile Insurance Project at the University of Toronto in late 2019, where data analysis skills were utilized to evaluate collision trends, calculate key factors, and project claims amounts using various methodologies. Nikki holds a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science and Statistics from the University of Toronto, earned between 2016 and 2020.
