Sean Ward is an experienced corporate governance professional currently serving as Group Company Secretary at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group since July 2024, and as Deputy Group Company Secretary at Jardine Matheson since January 2020, managing a team dedicated to the Group Secretariat Division.
