Michael Forgue is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and technical management. Currently serving as a Senior Corrosion Analyst at Mandaree Enterprises, LLC since September 2019, and as a Production Planner at ES3 since July 2016, Michael has demonstrated expertise in overseeing complex processes. Previous roles include Associate Director of Operations at the Houston County Association for Exceptional Citizens and Chief Enlisted Manager in the US Air Force, where responsibilities included managing a large team of maintenance and support staff for military aircraft. Michael’s leadership in the military included positions such as Aircraft Fabrication Superintendent and Depot Aircraft Structural Maintenance Craftsman, contributing to advanced technical operations and team management. Michael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Wayland Baptist University and additional education from Georgia Military College-Warner Robins Campus.
