Edmas Neo currently serves as the Vice President of the Group Transformation Office at Mandai Wildlife Group, focusing on the adoption of emerging technologies to enhance operations and guest experiences since January 2021. As the Founder of Accrete Innovation Pte Ltd, Edmas has been actively involved in private investment and supporting early-stage startups since 2008. Previously, as the Chief Executive Officer of the Action Community for Entrepreneurship (ACE), Edmas led the organization's growth and established a global network for tech startups across 20+ cities. Edmas has also held leadership roles at SGInnovate, where regional partnerships were developed, and was involved in government digital collaboration initiatives at the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore. With a background in hospitality and electronics, Edmas holds a Global MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
