Bernard Cheung is a seasoned sustainability professional with extensive experience in managing and implementing sustainability initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Sustainable Solutions at Mandai Wildlife Group since August 2022, Bernard is responsible for achieving the organization's decarbonisation targets and ensuring the transition to renewable energy. Previously, as the Group Sustainability Senior Manager at ComfortDelGro, Bernard led initiatives that included the approval of Science Based Targets and the publication of the company's first TCFD report. Bernard's background also encompasses strategic planning for sustainable mobility at ComfortDelGro, project management experience at PwC focusing on social sustainability, and a foundational role as a Naval Officer in the Republic of Singapore Navy, where operational processes were established for new vessel projects. Bernard holds a Bachelor's degree with Honours in Psychology from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
