Andy Shaffer has a solid work experience in the sports and business consulting industries. Andy started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2007 as a Senior Associate. In 2012, they moved to Deloitte Sports Business Group where they worked as a Consultant until 2017. During their time at Deloitte, they gained valuable expertise in the sports industry. In 2017, they joined Manchester United, initially as a Research & Analysis Executive and later as a Senior Venue Strategy Executive. Andy then progressed to the role of Head of Venue Strategy & Planning, where they led the strategic planning and execution of venue operations. Currently, they serve as the Head of COO Strategy, Planning & Reporting. Overall, Andy Shaffer's work experience demonstrates their blend of sports and business acumen.
Andy Shaffer attended Manchester Grammar School from 1997 to 2004. Following their time at Manchester Grammar School, they went on to attend the University of Birmingham from 2004 to 2007. During their time at the University of Birmingham, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting & Finance, graduating with a first-class honors designation.
