Andrew Alleman, P.E. is a highly experienced project manager in the field of water engineering, currently working with Manchac Consulting Group, Inc. since March 2021. Previously, Alleman served as a water engineer at Jacobs, where significant achievements included managing multimillion-dollar preventative maintenance and SSES contracts for the City of Baton Rouge, designing large diameter trenchless sewer rehabilitation projects, and leading investigations to address chronic sewer overflows. Prior to that role, Alleman worked at CH2M, focusing on engineering design and hydraulic modeling for wastewater systems in North Texas. With a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from Texas Tech University, Alleman's professional experience also encompasses research roles and leadership positions at Texas Tech University and the University of Houston, contributing to sustainability initiatives and environmental projects.
