Dan Killian is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in monitoring and evaluation, technical support, and program management within international development. Since July 2015, Dan has served as a Technical Manager at Management Systems International, providing crucial technical support services across multiple countries, including South Sudan and Pakistan. Previous roles include Senior M&E Specialist at Checchi and Company Consulting, Inc., and Impact Evaluation Specialist at Management Systems International, where Dan oversaw initiatives aimed at strengthening justice relations through innovative evaluation designs. Dan's background is complemented by positions at the International Development Law Organization and ACDI/VOCA, focusing on M&E frameworks and action programs in Iraq and Afghanistan. Dan holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University, an MFA in Creative Writing from Columbia College Chicago, and a BA in History/Philosophy from Truman State University.
