Christine Joy Candari is a seasoned professional in the field of health policy and capacity building, currently serving as a Learning and Capacity-Building Specialist for USAID PIMMELA at Management Systems International since June 2024. Previous experience includes roles at University Research Co., LLC, where Christine held multiple positions such as Evaluation Research and Learning Specialist and Health Systems Strengthening and Sustainable Financing Coordinator from December 2018 to December 2023. Christine also contributed to research on non-communicable diseases in Malaysia and the Philippines as a Lead Quantitative Researcher at the University of the Philippines from January 2017 to November 2018. With a strong foundation in program management and evaluation, Christine has worked with the Department of Health in the Philippines and the World Health Organization, showcasing skills in economic modeling and health program development.
