Kael Henlock is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in client services, program management, and volunteer engagement. Currently serving as the Client Services and Membership Coordinator at Management HQ since January 2024 and previously working as a Volunteer Engagement Ambassador at Second Harvest Heartland, Kael has developed strong skills in communication, outreach, and relationship building. Prior roles include Program and Media Manager at The National Theatre for Children, where responsibilities included creating and executing communication strategies, managing media, and fostering community relationships. Kael also has experience in educational roles, such as a Teacher at Drama Kids International and a Vocal Music Teacher at Heart's Performing Arts, emphasizing creative development and student engagement.
