Justin Porto is an accomplished educator and trainer with extensive experience in leadership and program management, currently serving as an instructor at Management Concepts since December 2020. As a certified trainer for VitalSmarts, Porto instructs key courses for Department of Defense organizations and has been a professor at Defense Acquisition University since 2008, focusing on weapon systems acquisition management.
