Kate Squire has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Kate started their career as an Associate at Morgan Stanley in 2000 and then moved to Barclays Capital, where they worked as a Director from 2001 to 2011. Kate then joined Barclays as a Director, eventually becoming a Managing Director before leaving in 2015. In the same year, they joined Man Group as the Global Head of Compliance, a role they held until 2020. From 2020 to 2023, Kate served as the Global Head of Compliance and Business Operational Risk at Man Group. Currently, they are the Head of Non-Financial Risk at Man Group, responsible for various departments, including Compliance, Operational Risk, and Information Security. Kate is a member of the Man Group Executive Committee.
