Ben Tibbalds has extensive experience in risk management and finance, currently serving as the Head of Group Risk at Man Investments since August 2011. In this role, Tibbalds oversees balance sheet risk, capital and liquidity calculations, risk policy, and operational risk, while reporting to the CFO. Prior to this position, Tibbalds was an Executive Director at JPMorgan from July 2000 to August 2011, leading the Global Head of Equity Risk Exploration and Transparency Team, which involved exotic risk analysis and quantitative research. Tibbalds began their career as an Associate in Business Consulting at Arthur Andersen from September 1997 to July 2000. Educational credentials include an MSc in Mathematical Trading and Finance from Cass Business School and a combined MA in Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
