Stefanie Theis has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Stefanie started their career in 2006 as a Consultant User Experience at GfK SirValUse Consulting GmbH. In 2013, they joined GfK as a Marketing CE Germany. Stefanie then moved on to become a Consultant User Experience and later a Senior Consultant User Experience at GfK. In 2017, they joined MAN Truck & Bus SE as a Service Designer and later became the UX Teamlead. Currently, they hold the position of Team Lead Global Services - Retail IT at MAN Truck & Bus SE, and in October 2022, they will assume the role of Head of Global Services - Retail IT.

Stefanie Theis completed their diploma in Business Administration (Market and Communication Research) from Pforzheim University in 2006. In 2005, they also studied International Marketing at Aalborg University.
