Melissa Carey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and client support. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Mammoth Creative Co. since January 2017, Melissa previously held key roles including Software Support Manager at Kalos Inc. from July 2011 to December 2016, where responsibilities included monitoring client needs and guiding team members. Prior experience includes serving as a Member Service Specialist at Envista Credit Union, where Melissa assisted with complex loan applications and educated customers on loan products, as well as a Production Assistant at Visual Fusion Graphic Design, where client project needs were effectively addressed. Melissa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design from Wichita State University, earned in 2009.
