Marcel Zwetsloot is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in global HR transformation and business applications management. Currently serving as the Head of Business Application at Mambu since December 2021, Marcel previously held the position of Head of Global Business Applications at Arcadis from February 2016 to December 2021, where responsibilities included designing and implementing IT solutions for Human Capital Management across global operating companies. Earlier in the career, Marcel worked as a Managing Consultant in HR Transformation at Capgemini Consulting from April 2001 to January 2016, specializing in HR process redesign and service delivery. The professional journey began as a Management Trainee at Bloemenveiling FloraHolland from 1998 to 2001. Marcel holds a Bachelor's degree in Logistic Management from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and has a strong educational background in business economics and management.
