Florina Cirlan is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in engineering and software development. Currently serving as Head of Engineering at Mambu since March 2022, Florina leads teams in the Financial Services Area, focusing on product delivery for Lending, Islamic Banking, and Ledger products. Prior experience includes a role as IT Area Lead at ING Tech Romania, where Florina managed Big Data Platform architecture and operations and coordinated multiple cross-functional teams. Florina's leadership extends to past positions at Luxoft, where oversight was provided for a significant mobile reporting and BI analysis platform, and earlier roles involved Oracle development and database management across various organizations. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Actuarial Science and a Bachelor's degree in Economic Cybernetics from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
