Ignacio Arenas is an experienced professional with a diverse background in organizational transformation and entrepreneurship. As Co-Founder and Culture Leader at LUCHA since March 2021, Ignacio collaborates with entrepreneurs in Latin America to build impactful startups. Concurrently, Ignacio serves as Director and Partner at Mambo, leading cultural transformation projects and ensuring high-quality project execution. Ignacio has a history of managing significant client relationships, including projects with Crosland and Canvia, focusing on cultural integration and digital transformation. Ignacio's prior roles include project management at Scotiabank and support functions at IBM, along with early experiences as a sailing instructor and housekeeper. Ignacio is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Universidad del Pacífico, building on a strong academic foundation in Marketing and International Management from Universidad de Lima and Saxion University.
