Ashley Betts serves as the Regional Director of Operations at Maman NYC and has held several positions at Daily Provisions, including General Manager, Hospitality Manager, Restaurant Manager, and Barista. Previous experience includes working as a Barista at Union Square Cafe and serving as the Lead Kitchen Expo and Barista at Untitled at the Whitney Museum. Ashley Betts holds a Bachelor's degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from The Culinary Institute of America and a Technical High School Diploma in Culinary Arts from LoGuidice BOCES Educational Center.
