Fernando Francisco is the SVP, International Operations at Malwarebytes. Fernando has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing strategy and has held executive positions at various companies including Malwarebytes, Returnil Software, and Prevx.
Fernando Francisco began their career in sales and marketing at Prevx in 2006 where they served as Vice President, Channel Marketing. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing the channel marketing and sales plan and was a key member of the executive team that set the company’s strategic direction.
In 2008, Fernando left Prevx to become the CEO of Returnil Software. As CEO, they were responsible for setting the company’s strategy, hiring and leading the executive team, and setting the culture of the company.
In 2011, Fernando returned to Malwarebytes as Managing Director, EMEA where they were responsible for driving the sales and marketing strategy throughout the EMEA territory. Fernando worked closely with the executive team and all staff to ensure fast, sound growth.
In their current role as SVP, International Operations at Malwarebytes, Fernando is responsible for leading Malwarebytes’ international business and expanding its global footprint.
Fernando Francisco has a Masters in International Operations - Electronic Commerce from Mikkeli University in Finland, and a Bachelor's in Communications and Public Relations from the Instituto Politécnico da Guarda. Fernando also attended Instituto Sao Tiago.
