Thierry HOUOT is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Malteurop since October 2019, Thierry manages HR for a company with significant international presence and revenue. Previously, during a six-year tenure at Amcor, Thierry led HR performance for the Fresh & Dairy division, overseeing 2,200 employees. Thierry's prior roles include HR Director positions in the pharmaceutical and beverage sectors, as well as a directorial role in a local government entity focusing on HR modernization. Thierry began a career in HR at Safran, advancing skill sets in competency management and training. Academic achievements include an Executive MBA from ESSEC Business School and a PhD in Human Resources from EM Strasbourg Business School.
