Karen Marzlin is an experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) currently working on the Inpatient Endocrine Rounding Team at Aultman Hospital since May 2018, and serves as an Adjunct Faculty member in the Acute Care Nurse Practitioner-Adult Gerontology Program at Malone University. With a background in cardiovascular nursing, Karen has authored and educated for Cardiovascular Nursing Education Associates since 2005 and provided consulting services through Key Choice Consulting since 2001. Previously, Karen worked as an Acute Care Clinical Nurse Specialist at Aultman Hospital from 1987 to 2017, and managed complex heart failure patients at Cardiovascular Consultants from 2014 to 2017. Karen holds multiple nursing degrees, including a Doctor of Nursing Practice and a Master of Science in Nursing, both from Duquesne University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Walsh University and various diplomas in legal nurse consulting.
