Mohamad Shanavas, MBA-HR, Assoc CIPD, currently serves as the Human Capital Global Talent Mobility Officer at malomatia since March 2022. Previously, Mohamad held roles at Qatar Museums as the Senior HC Projects and Workforce Planning Coordinator, leading human capital transformation projects and strategic workforce planning from May 2018 to December 2021. With a background in project coordination at Hamad Medical Corporation and administrative roles at G.B.T and Creative Media, Mohamad has extensive experience in HR project implementation, stakeholder engagement, and operational efficiency. Mohamad's educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources Management from Bharathiar University and a Bachelor's Degree in Arabic Language and Literature from the University of Calicut.
